What we do

In School Mentoring

TeenLink provides a one on one mentoring programme for youth. Mentors encourage, guide, and help progress individuals towards making positive life choices. There is an emphasis on goal setting and effective relationship building. We provide support for families by partnering with schools, their communities, and any other agencies. This free service is available to at-risk youth between the ages of 9 and 18 who are in schools in the Hamilton area.

Intensive Mentoring

TeenLink has expanded to support youth not currently engaged in education. This is a one-on-one fee for service intensive mentoring programme to at risk youth and youth involved in the justice system. Mentors have a genuine interest in the youth and help them progress towards positive life choices. TeenLink mentors work collaboratively with agencies to support and advocate for client interests and goals.
