Work with us

Current Positions available:

Kaiako | Alternative Education

Kaiarahi (Behavioural and Pastoral Support) | Alternative Education

If you have a passion for youth and are looking for work that involves giving second chances to the ones that everyone else has given up on...then read on!

We are a faith based organisation and we provide a space for 13-15 year olds who, for whatever reason, are not enrolled in a school. Our mission is to provide an environment of safety, belonging and hope, a place where staff believe in the young people and help them find their path, to further education, training, or employment.

As Kaiarahi you will

  • Provide pastoral care, mentoring & leadership

  • Behavioural support, and de-escalation

  • Facilitate and deliver interactive workshops that develop life-skills and self-esteem

  • Transport students to and from kura

This isn't for the faint hearted but if you are faith-hearted, know how to connect with youth, see the good in everyone and understand how trauma influences behaviour then you might have what it takes!

If this sounds like you or if it's tugging your heart strings, please DM me with your phone and email.
