Program Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Program Manager to join our team to oversee The Phoenix Project. This unique programme gives at-risk, disengaged high school-aged rangatahi the support, self-belief and skills they need to transition to a more positive future.
As the Program Manager, you will be at the heart of the Phoenix Project, ensuring it runs seamlessly and achieves its purpose. You’ll manage a passionate team, coordinate course delivery, and engage directly with students, whānau, and community partners to create life-changing opportunities. This full-time role is for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, ensuring every student’s journey is mana-enhancing, culturally responsive, and grounded in care.
